Shipping is always free for orders totaling $ 80 or more , before taxes and after applying a promotional code, if applicable. 

Canada Post : Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the destination, according to Canada Post rates.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Once your order is confirmed, we take 1 to 5 business day (s) to prepare your order. We prepare orders specifically twice a week, then delivery times apply.

Generally, you should receive your order within 3-10 business day (s). During the Covid-19 crisis, the deadlines may be longer than expected.

L'herborys is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders, or for errors made by delivery companies.

We do not accept any exchange or refund on our products, & nbsp; unless it is a product defect . If so, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (@ service@lherborys.com) with a photo of the defect in question.
In case you have an allergy to natural products and in order to avoid any inconvenience, be sure to look carefully at the list of ingredients before purchasing.

I AM DISSATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT I HAVE RECEIVED. WHAT TO DO?

Unfortunately, we do not make any exchanges or refunds if the product is not defective. We do not take back any product for a matter of taste, for a change of mind or for other personal reasons.
Since these are body products and hygiene products, we cannot resell any product that has already been in the possession of a customer.
